Yes, once you pick a niche, build a site with WordPress.org (not .com), and one of many self-hosting sites (I use Bluehost and HostArmada personally).

Choose a free, simple and fast theme like Astra, set up your site according to standard guidelines (there are many good articles and videos about how to do this), do your keyword research, a little SEO, and start cranking out content.

Watch your analytics to see which topics hit and which miss. Then write more of the ones that hit. :)
