I sign up with Ezoic once my website reaches 1,000 pageviews per month. I'm still in my infancy with affiliate links, but I use Amazon, ClickBank, Commission Junction, and Impact (along with a few standalone affiliate programs with specific services. I do best with products or services that I personally use.
