I choose one main topic/keyword per post, but add other related keywords in some of the subheadings. Mostly, I just try to focus on the search intent, covering the topic well, and writing the most valuable article on the topic.

I would avoid stuffing too many keywords into your articles. Less is often more (in my experience).
