Eventually, Uber Eats got in touch with the customer I had delivered food too 30 mintues ago and he nicely came and walked me out of the building.

Funny thing is, he said that the same thing happened to him when he first moved into the building.

And I cracked up when he said, "And these people who live here will not open the door for you. They will look at you and walk away."

So, if someone had seen me trapped (it was late), they would have left me trapped. lol
